TPPL (Technology Plastomech Private Limited) required a modern office space reflecting their position as a leading machine manufacturing company. The 1250 sq.ft space needed to balance brand identity with functional workspace requirements while maintaining the technical precision their industry demands.
How to translate industrial manufacturing expertise into a contemporary office environment?
The compact 1250 sq.ft footprint required careful planning to accommodate meeting spaces, workstations, and display zones without feeling cramped. The design had to balance manufacturing precision with the openness needed for modern team collaboration.
Solution
The design employs a material palette mirroring manufacturing precision: exposed black ceilings, industrial finishes, and geometric lines establish brand alignment. Glass partitions maintain visual connectivity while defining distinct zones. Monochromatic surfaces are punctuated by warm wood and greenery, preventing coldness. A custom feature wall integrates brand messaging with textured concrete finishes. The result is a workspace functioning as both operational headquarters and brand showcase.
